The Ground Planning of Malang State Polytecnic was begin in early 2018. The development start gradually, and finish estimation 2020. Malang State Ploytecnic have 5 main concepts, Accesible Campus, Liveable Campus, Suistanable Campus, Memorable Campus dan Servicable Campus.
Represent vision and mission to become ” Globally Leading Educational Institution Vocational School” and become a School with good education, so every building has a radical design and unique design in every way. How to build a good environment for education, development, need some succes key :
- Especially pedestrian connectivity that allows social interaction intensively intertwined among academicians in various scales and varieties.
- Open spaces that have good visual and environmental quality.
- Comfort of inner space and outside space.
- Campus is connected externally well with public and private transportation systems.
- Internal connectivity within the campus was developed based on pedestrians to save energy and maintain environmental quality.
- Circular lines for services and emergencies to all campus areas.
- Controlled access to safety and security
